After 15 years in Human Resources roles, I've seen a lot of ways that organizations can attract, lead, scale, engage with their teams. What I know is this: Great HR doesn't have to be scary, expensive or exhausting.
What I love best is using an empathetic and business minded approach to developing talent programs for where your business is today and where it's going tomorrow .
I know what it looks like when organizations are large (think 30,000 employees!) and small and I can develop a program that will grow with you. I thrive on building a solution that you and your team will be excited about. More than anything, I believe in a people-first approach to HR - the work is serious but that doesn't mean I always am.
