Meet Jessi

I'm Jessi! I've been working in the Human Resources space for 15 years and I really love helping people discover how they can offer their best to their work and how businesses can offer their best to their people.

I started my career straight out of university working in Toronto at large organizations like Accenture, University of Toronto, CIBC, and KPMG. I learned about what talent programs look like at scale, project management, change management and some epic best practices. But the pace of change at these big organizations felt too slow for me. 

 

In 2013, I moved to Vancouver and began my career in Tech. I was excited by the opportunity to come up with an idea and just do it. And loved the energy of constant learning and evolution. 

 

After 8 years in the tech space I am now branching out on my own helping business of all shapes and sizes build simple, intuitive and flexible solutions for their workforce.
